Thankful For YOU This Thanksgiving!

“I thank God for bringing Plant With Purpose to our area
because it helps to improve our standard of life.”
Plant With Purpose is thankful for our network of partners—supporters and practitioners—and being witness to change this season. It is because of you—along with advocates and international staff—that it is possible to walk with partnering families in need across the world.
This Thanksgiving we recognize the collective effort that is alleviating poverty for rural farmers through tangible and transformative resources. Plant With Purpose’s vision is to equip the rural poor by reversing environmental degradation, providing economic empowerment, and bring spiritual renewal to regions of great need. Because of our strong network of individuals collaborating, this vision is being brought to life.
We witnessed abundant growth this past year. Plant With Purpose now serves in seven countries. The program in the Democratic Republic of the Congo launched this summer and is already working with 360 farming families. Since 1984, 16 million trees have been planted restoring watersheds around the world. Parents are sending children to school for the first time. Neighbors are building revenue streams by starting new businesses with the assistance of their community-based savings groups.
This Thanksgiving, Plant With Purpose is thankful for you—for your selflessness in giving and your endless amount of support. Through the Plant For Tomorrow campaign, Sponsor A Village program, the Planting Hope Gala, Root 7 membership, Gifts of Hope catalog, and much more, you have played a pivotal role in the transformation of lives in Burundi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Mexico, Tanzania, Thailand, and very soon … Ethiopia.
So yes, Plant With Purpose is extremely thankful this holiday season. Your generosity is contagious! As we celebrate gratitude this Thanksgiving, Plant With Purpose is thankful for you and our mutual partnership in the fight against poverty.
